SIN Architect is a professional consultancy established in 2006. We render complete services encompassing the fields of architecture, master planning, programming, interior design and related disciplines. Project experience is widely diversified in scope and building type.

Our team is organized around a group of local and foreign trained architects and technical personnel strongly committed to providing the highest quality architectural design and facilities planning, and to provide personal attention to our clients. Our design philosophy dictates that the building must be physically functioning as well as aesthetically pleasing. Our solutions strive to make a positive contribution to the users, the environment and the community.

We are committed to fulfilling the client’s program, and delivering projects on schedule and within established budgets. We approach each commission with a thorough understanding of the client’s needs and exercise rigorous project management controls, including strict controls for time and cost. ALL PROJECTS ARE DELIVERED ON TIME AND WITHIN BUDGET. Repeat work from former clients constitutes 80% of our work.
