PRACTICE STATEMENT

CKTAN Architect, formally practicing as CTAP Architects since 1993, was restructured
in May 2018 as a sole proprietor practice. We continued to establish our practice in
hospitality and residential projects in the region, including mixed development and
master planning; to provide a comprehensive architectural service from project inception
to implementation and eventual completion.
Our constant consideration of the Client’s requirements and the overall context of the site
surroundings, including the appropriate use of materials and technologies, are the
guiding principles to derive an elegant solution unique to each project.
We are continuously evolving and exploring the boundaries of design to achieve and
produce appropriate design to address the issues related to sustainability of the building.
