PRACTICE STATEMENT
My grandfather used to ask me if I am sure I want to grow up to be an architect. He told me" it's tough and you are the last to get paid' and he is a developer.
So CCYA is set-up small and personal. We focus mainly on the demanding and yet ultimately fulfilling task and designing individual dwellings.
We strive to design for the owner and the environment rather than our ego; we believe in space making rather than form making; we set pride in creating a subtle genius loci that is timeless and effortless to live in.
