We strive to emphasize on energy efficiency as the main thrust of our design philosophy by first emphasizing on the use of passive design elements as much as possible, secondly, to introduce energy efficient M&E, thirdly encourage clients to have a EE management committee and lastly where funds available to use renewable energy.
