PRACTICE STATEMENT

Garis Architects Sdn Bhd was founded in 1991 by incorporating the disciplines of
Architecture, Town Planning and Urban Design. The directors each bring over 30-50 years
of experience in Malaysia and overseas with the principle objective to fulfill the client’s
aspirations in development where exceptional design, innovation and problem solving
solutions yield successful and satisfying end results.
Projects have received numerous awards in various categories by establishing new
benchmarks of excellence and new directions of development.
Good architecture prevails through ideas, design discipline involving rigorous analysis of
purpose, sympathetic understanding of the environment, creating cohesive spaces and
precision of details.
