PRACTICE STATEMENT

Formed in 1980, the firm was incorporated as a private limited company in 1982. The founding principals, Ar. Ibrahim Hj Hassan and Ar. Dato' Lim Kheng Loy have since been joined by new directors Ar. Nik Ariff Ahmad, Ar. Lim Chim Koon, Ar. Boon Che Wee and Ar. Habib Abdullah.

In our endeavor to achieve excellence in professional service and architecture, the firm is committed to achieving all critical deadlines in design, documentation adn the contractual processes ensured through total teamwork.

Not subscribing to any particular style or "ism" the firm allows the specific requirement of each project to dictate the final built form. The firm also believes in a balanced approach to each project, combining passion with creativity and tempered with practical experience in order to realise a client's building programme and budget to ensure successful building solutions.
